Privacy & how we use your data

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data fairly, lawfully and transparently, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, solely to respond to you and, where you ask us to, to arrange and deliver training. Our lawful basis for processing this information is your consent and, where you become a client, the performance of our contract with you.

Cookies

This website is designed to work with minimal cookies and does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Where a third-party feature such as an embedded map is used, that provider may set its own cookies; please refer to their privacy policy for details.

Our home page shows our latest Instagram and Facebook posts. To display them, your browser requests the posts from our feed provider (rss.app) and loads the post images from Meta's content network. Those providers will see your IP address as part of that request. No cookies are set by this feature, we do not receive or store anything about you from it, and the rest of the site works normally if it is blocked.

Your rights & the ICO

You have rights over the personal data we hold about you, including the right to be informed, to access, to rectification, to erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Complaints

We aim to provide the highest standard of service, but if you are ever unhappy we want to know. Please contact us in the first instance and we will do everything we can to put things right.

For regulated qualifications, where a matter cannot be resolved directly with us, you may be able to escalate it to the relevant awarding organisation. We will tell you who that is and how to contact them.
