Over 30 years' experience teaching martial arts, self-defence and conflict management. Creator of CRISIS, Invictus' flagship breakaway and physical intervention model. Carl's career has taken him from running women's self-defence classes internationally to security roles coordinating and running major festivals, arenas and events. Former operations executive for one of the largest crowd management companies in Europe. He holds trainer qualifications in conflict management and physical intervention, and volunteered with Hampshire Constabulary's Public Order Support Unit.

An experienced and exuberant instructor with more than 19 years' experience in making even the most mundane subject fun to learn. KT teaches Conflict Management, Breakaway, Assault Avoidance, PIT (front of stage barrier), First Aid, Fire Safety and Evacuation Chair training. She has over a decade of volunteering for South Coast Fire and Rescue Services and is currently studying for her PhD in Safety and Security at large music events.

A wealth of experience in the adult education sector including Lifeguarding, Advanced Security Skills and Powered Marine Craft. A successful Security and Events Manager with teams in Whitehall and across the UK, tasked with close protection for celebrities and management of complex events in remote locations, both home and abroad. An established life coach whose passion for sharing knowledge makes his training easy-going and enjoyable.

Career began in the military, specialising in training and armoured vehicles. Now a consultant in the security sector delivering bespoke training, including to police forces in the Middle East. A fully qualified Paramedic and advanced driver, trained in blue-light emergency driving. The perfect instructor for First Aid courses through to First Responder level and bespoke 4x4 Offroad Driving courses.

An experienced consultant and instructor with a background in Event Security and Policing, as a father to a young family. Passionate about First Aid, Dan also teaches SIA licence-linked qualifications, Conflict Management and breakaway training. His easy-going nature makes him approachable, and he always tailors training to meet learners' needs.

Leah is an enthusiastic and supportive trainer with over a decade of coaching, and a career full of working with the general public, sometimes in challenging settings.

One of her roles is to understand what your team and business needs from our training and consultant team. Our networking and social media Queen loves to promote not only Invictus but our clients too, believing in supporting good people and their businesses to thrive.
